I had a little residual love left over from Valentine's Day, so decided to show my heart on my...nail. With a steady hand and a few simple steps, I added a flirty touch to my Winter darks. I started with two coats of COVERGIRL Outlast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss in Black Diamond, then let it dry (the top coat is built in, so it has a super quick dry time). Next, I grab a toothpick and dabbed on Lasting Love to make my heart. See steps below!
