Pair a bedazzled nude dress with sky high heels and finish off with Claire's accessories to make your firework worthy costume complete.
Katy Perry Costume: OH, MY! KATY PERRY LASHES, BLING SKIN JEWELS, GLITTER HAIR SPRAY, STERLING SILVER BUTTERFLY STUD EARRINGS 3 PAIR, ON THE WINGS OF A BUTTERFLY WINGS, FLOWER HEADBAND, GEMS AND FLOWER HAIR CLIP
1. Paired with a whole lotta sparkle on your dress and some body gems, cat eye sunglasses and a microphone complete your Katy costume
2. Buy butterfly wings or spray white wings with your glitter hair dye to get a colorful effect.
3. Get two flower head bands, one to wear around your head and another to weave through your braid.

Amazing costume! Funny enough, I once went to a dress up party as Katy Perry! We were voted best dressed - my husband was dressed as Russel Brandt (they were together back then).
