After wandering through the aisles of Mood Fabrics I spotted this chevron print from afar, I fell in love, then grabbed a yard immediately to make my next DIY project. I wanted to make the perfect case to fit my HP Ultrabook, and with a few cuts and folds, I had a sew-free sleeve in no time. Supplies and steps below!

ReplyDeleteSo cute! Thanks for sharing;)
ReplyDeleteI will be making one this weekend!
ReplyDeleteGot your book today. It felt like some golden Manhattan fairy dust fell out from between the pages and landed here in my bushy, eucalyptus-fragrant Brisbane suburb. The book exudes luxury and a feeling of Chanel rather than felt and glue-gun-glue. It is fantastic, inspiring, vibrant, fashionable and I LOOOOOOOOOVE it!

I'm thinking I'm going to use this same idea to make a waterproof textbook carrier/holder! I live in a very rainy area and my textbooks get damaged easily, so having a simple holder to carry them in when it's raining will be a lifesaver!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the idea!

Love this idea and love your watch! Where did you get it?
ReplyDeleteLove this idea as I have a couple of laptops that need covers..I can give it my own flavor by my fabric choice.
