The polka dot trend was all over the runway and on celebs, so for my DIY column in February's issue of InStyle I made a tone on tone version with a leather skirt from American Apparel and vinyl from Mood Fabrics. I'm excited to sport this skirt while I am back home in Wisconsin this week, paired with a chunky knit sweater and boots, it is the perfect snowy weather outfit.
