I was absolutely obsessed with Dolce & Gabbana's lace infused Spring 2011 runway, so I transformed a plain white denim skirt into a designer inspired piece.
First cut your skirt to the length desired.
Next, line the edge of your skirt with glue and place the lace on top of the glue.
Cover the entire bottom edge of your skirt with lace and let dry overnight.

great diy!

Good tutorial, ugly looking lace. Can't you spend a few extra bucks for something better?
ReplyDeleteloved the lace, its like the one in the D&G fashion show:)
ReplyDeleteI really like the way that this is done with the glue, however; I'm concerned that when you wash the skirt the glue would come off. Would you wash it on a delicate cycle maybe?
