Last week was one of those crazy NY weeks where we hopped from event to event, each one reenforcing why I love fashion in this city. Highlights were the opening of the Doc Marten's store in Soho (the Spring collection is phenomenal) and the granddaddy of all events: an evening at Patricia Field's apt/design studio to see her new handbag collaboration with MCM. It was mind-boggling to meet the woman who dressed the ladies of Sex and the City, and made Carrie Bradshaw a style icon. Her creative touch was everywhere from the massive gold snake slithering down the wall, to the sequin harem pant she wore... truly an eve I will not soon forget.
No you did NOT get a photo with Pat Fields....Jealous!! :) Hope you girls had a great time!!!
